Echotech undertakes formal, ongoing patient and customer satisfaction surveys.

The results are analysed for benchmarking purposes. Learning / redesign opportunities are identified and implemented.

Echotech Ltd aims to provide a clinical service of a standard acceptable to all our NHS customers and patients.

If we fail to do this we want to know about it.

This will enable us not only to deal with the specific problem, but also to avoid it happening again.
